Brown Harris Stevens’ losing streak is getting habit-forming.
The luxe real-estate firm’s archrival Prudential Douglas Elliman just gobbled up its agreement to rep the celeb condo One Madison Square Park, whose early buyers included Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins, Liev Schrieber and Naomi Watts.
The move follows reports that two BHS brokers had signed contracts to buy units and then flipped them to enrich themselves. While not illegal, the moves are seen as unethical. The developer is hoping to keep one of those brokers on the deal.
BHS also took heat recently for renting to Jude Law an apartment with a terrace that is visible to New York University dormitory residents — who became targets of the orange-throwing actor. (He missed.)
