Bloomberg Businessweek has raided Time Inc. to hire Hugh Wiley as its new publisher.

Wiley was a 27 year veteran of Time Inc.

He replaces Jessica Sibley, who had stayed with Businessweek after it was sold by McGraw-Hill Companies last December.

She recently left to become publisher of the Felix Dennis-owned magazine, The Week.
