Bank of America’s 29 million online customers were again having problems accessing their accounts online yesterday — the bank’s second outage in less than two months.

The latest troubles, which began Monday and hadn’t been resolved by early yesterday evening, were the result of system upgrades over the weekend, said a spokeswoman.

She added that no customer info was compromised.
