Former Credit Suisse Group AG broker Julian Tzolov pleaded guilty to securities fraud, conspiracy and wire fraud for selling subprime securities to corporate clients.
Tzolov, 36, was a fugitive for three months after fleeing while free on $3 million bond. He was arrested July 15 outside Marbella, Spain. He now faces a potential life prison term when he’s sentenced Oct. 27, prosecutors said.
