Disgraced hedgie Alphonse “Buddy” Fletcher’s financial ruin could force his mother to lose her posh digs at the famed Dakota co-op.

Fletcher bought Bettye R. Fletcher the apartment in the storied Upper West Side building in 2002, but the 2012 bankruptcy of his hedge fund left him broke and unable to pay upkeep on the unit.

The Dakota is seeking $108,000 in unpaid fees on her apartment from a trust set up to handle the payments.

If Fletcher is unable to pay up, lawyers for the 132-year old building could seek to repossess the apartment, sources told The Post.

The fallen investor has already been forced to give up his two Dakota apartments.

A court hearing on Wednesday on Bettye Fletcher’s delinquent fees was adjourned to Sept. 16.
