OMBurwell
Walmart Foundation head Sylvia Mathews Burwell is expected to be nominated to lead the Office of Management and Budget. Burwell, 47, a veteran of Bill Clinton’s White House, would replace Jeffrey Zients and help with the gender imbalance in President Obama’s cabinet.
’Sky’ stake
News Corp. subsidiary News Ltd. plans to sell its 44 percent stake in New Zealand’s largest pay TV company Sky Network Television Ltd. The stake, valued at about $670 million, is expected to be shopped by Deutsche Bank and New Zealand-based Craigs Investment Partners to a broad range of institutional and retail investors. News Corp. also owns The Post.
Canada jets
Canada has asked five companies, including Boeing and Lockheed Martin, to outline the technical capabilities of their products to replace the nation’s fleet of CF-18 Hornet fighter jets.

European leaders demanded that euro members press on with budget cuts to end the debt crisis as Italy edged closer to a new election.
