Hostess won Bankruptcy Court approval to sell more than $800 million in assets to Flowers Foods, Grupo Bimbo, Apollo Global Management and C. Dean Metropoulos. The sales include Twinkies and other snack-cake brands and its Wonder Bread brand.

Apple hired Adobe Systems Chief Technology Officer Kevin Lynch as vice president for technology.
ICE move
IntercontinentalExchange amended its deal to acquire NYSE Euronext to include a new holding company that will run the New York Stock Exchange and ICE’s existing commodity markets as subsidiaries.
