Dell and Carl Icahn have agreed to limit his stake in the PC maker to no more than 10 percent while he pursues a takeover bid to rival the $24.4 billion offer from a group led by CEO Michael Dell.

Fairway Group Holdings, the grocery chain focused on greater New York, raised $177.5 million in its IPO. Fairway sold 13.65 million shares for $13 each, after offering them for $10 to $12.
