EA on its game
Electronic Arts, the second-largest US video-game maker, posted a fiscal first-quarter loss that was smaller than analysts’ estimates. Shares jumped 6.2 percent in after-hours trading to $25.30.

Buoyed by optimism over its new Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger, shares of Wendy’s rose to their highest in more than five years as the company posted a higher-than-expected quarterly profit.
