Dell talks
Dell Inc. said it has set a $100 million reserve for a potential settlement of a Securities and Exchange Commission probe of its relationship with Intel Corp., involving “alleged violations of negligence- based fraud provisions of the federal securities laws, as well as other non-fraud based provi sions.”
Foreclosures
US home foreclosures rose 44 percent to 93,777 from May 2009, as fore closure filings rose 1 per cent to 322,920, Realty Trac Inc. said.
