Rates deflate
Mortgage rates fell to the latest record lows, with rates on 30-year fix ed-rate mortgages aver aging 4.49 percent for the week through yesterday, down from 4.54 percent a week earlier and 5.22 per cent a year ago, Freddie Mac said.
RIM talks
