Former car czar Steve Rattner and New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo’s of fice have discussed a possible settlement over Rattner’s role in a pension pay-to-play scheme, according to wsj.com, who cited sources familiar with the matter.

Heidi Walker, a former Deutsche Bank and AIG managing director, and her husband, Peter Pfabe, were indicted yesterday for allegedly conspiring to illegally extract a total of $470,000 from those companies to help run their horse farm in Salt Point, NY.
