Connecticut Attorney Gen. George Jepsen said his office has entered into settlement negotiations with Google, which agreed that its Street View cars gathered pri vate information, includ ing e-mails and addresses of requested Web pages.

Men’s CEO

Retailer Men’s Wear house Inc. said its presi dent and COO, Douglas Ewert, will replace founder George Zimmer as CEO in 2011. Zimmer will remain executive chairman of the board.
