Cigar rally
The Cuban govern ment-run tobacco com pany Habanos said sales of cigars rose 2 percent to $368 million last year. That followed an 8 per cent drop in cigar sales in 2009.
TMX scrutiny
The government of the Canadian province of Ontario plans to set up an all-party committee to review the London Stock Exchange’s pro posed $7 billion bid for Canada’s TMX Group.

Delta Air Lines and European partner Air France-KLM are mul ling a deal with Virgin Atlantic, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. That would give Delta a bigger presence at London’s Heathrow Airport.
