Copper futures rose yesterday, while silver fell on heavy specula tive selling that sent it to its biggest two-day loss since 1987. Gold fell 2 percent from Monday’s record highs in its biggest correction since early January.
Raj jury
Jury deliberations in the insider-trading case of Galleon Group founder Raj Rajaratnam are set to resume today. The jury did not meet yesterday due to a ju ror’s medical appoint ment. If convicted, Ra jaratnam, 53, could face up to 25 years in prison.
