PepsiCo’s biggest bottling unit agreed to pay $3.13 million and offer jobs and training to resolve charges the company discriminated against blacks, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said.
Shiny Apple
Apple probably sold 4 million more iPhones than expected in the last quarter of the year because of strong sales of the 4S model, Gene Munster, an analyst at Piper Jaffray said. Munster raised his estimate to 30 million devices.
