Hail, Caesars
Caesars Entertainment is seeking as much as $18.1 million in an initial public offering next week. Caesars plans to sell 1.81 million shares at $8 to $10 apiece on Feb. 6, according to a filing.

Ann Inc., operator of Ann Taylor stores, tumbled 6.7 percent to $22.91 after announcing fourth-quarter results would trail its original forecast. It also named Brian Lynch president of the poorly performing Ann Taylor brand.
