Cablevision deserves a good grilling for depriving fans of Food Network and HGTV shows, superstar chef Bobby Flay told his Twitter fans.

“Bang away at Cablevision . . . can’t believe there [sic] not showing Food Network,” Flay tweeted yesterday, after the channels were dropped from Cablevision Friday in an ongoing fee dispute with owner Scripps Network.

Scripps wants a higher monthly fee for its popular cooking and home renovation channels, which have 3.1 million Cablevision subscribers in the New York area.
