The House Judiciary Committee’s antitrust panel could release its report on antitrust allegations against four of the country’s largest tech juggernauts by late summer or early fall, senior committee aides said.

The committee has received 1.3 million documents from Apple, Amazon, Facebook and Google thus far as it investigates whether the companies’ business practices hurt smaller rivals.

The panel had expected to question the CEOs of the four companies at a Monday hearing, but it has been delayed due to the death of Rep. John Lewis, who will lie in state at the Capitol next week.

The companies — whose combined market cap is more than $3.7 trillion — are expected to argue that they face intense competition and deny that they are dominant.
