Carl Icahn has built a small position in Allergan, according to a report.

The size of his investment remains unclear, said sources according to Bloomberg.

Icahn had a stake in Allergan in 2016, but sold it in 2017.

Allergan closed regular trading Wednesday at $155.38, up 2.1 percent, and gained another 2.1 percent after hours.
