Carl Icahn yesterday said Dell would be “worth far, far more” if it replaced CEO Michael Dell, the latest salvo in a protracted back-and-forth between the activist investor and the PC maker’s top exec.

Icahn’s latest comments came in an open letter to shareholders ahead of an impending vote on whether Dell should be taken private.
