Swiss luxury giant Richemont is playing musical chairs with its top US execs.

Emmanuel Perrin — who has headed the US division of Richemont’s Van Cleef & Arpels since 2006 — has won the top seat at fellow family unit Cartier USA, sources told The Post.

Meanwhile — as first reported by The Post last week — Cartier USA’s current CEO Frederic de Narp is the odd man out. De Narp is stepping down following a flap with reclusive Richemont Chairman Johann Rupert over De Narp’s lofty profile on the social circuit.

Reached by phone yesterday, Perrin declined to comment. De Narp couldn’t be reached for comment.

“The whole company is very political, and [de Narp] didn’t read the political situation,” according to one industry insider.

While de Narp is being canned for a marketing style that Richemont’s brass found overly bold, Perrin has been credited for building a “distinctive point of view” at Van Cleef & Arpels without raising a ruckus, the source added.
