Jay Z’s struggling streaming service, Tidal, is facing a new $50 million lawsuit by rapper Lil Wayne’s label over rights to Wayne’s latest album, “Free Weezy.”
Cash Money Records claims in its Manhattan Supreme Court suit that Tidal released the album last month in violation of the label’s exclusive deal with Wayne.
Tidal reps did not return calls for comment.
