In a first, the Super Bowl’s big half-time show, featuring Beyonce, will be available for living streaming on the Web, CBS said. Last year, NBC didn’t have the rights to stream the show with Madonna.

CBS has officially sold out of Super Bowl spots — but it can still squeeze in a couple of latecomers willing to pony up big bucks. CBS charged as much as $4 million for a single 30-second spot, although advertisers who buy more than one spot or later in the game often pay less than the sticker price.
