At least one small-screen actress had second thoughts about signing a letter to Gov. Cuomo — 16 Hollywood actresses including Sarah Jessica Parker, Jane Fonda and Debra Messing sent the letter in March — asking him to raise the minimum wage for tipped workers, according to a group that’s opposed to the change.

In an e-mail obtained by The Post’s Lisa Fickenscher that was sent to Restaurant Workers of America — which opposes any compensation changes — an agent representing the unidentified actress said, “She sends her deepest apologies and never intended to insult the restaurant professionals.

“She would like to rescind her signature from the letter that was sent to Governor Cuomo. Should we do that through you or where it originated from?”

But within 24 hours of sending the e-mail — and discussing her recanting with a pro-change restaurant group — the actress decided to keep her name on the letter.

Cuomo is considering raising the minimum wage for tipped workers, which is as much as $8.65 in the city for restaurant workers, to be equal to the regular minimum wage, which is rising to $15 in 2020. Hearings on the issue started on Friday on Long Island.

“I believe your wavering is because of a lack of fully understanding this issue,” Clifton Park, New York, Outback Steakhouse bartender Maggie Raczynski wrote to the actress.
