Former First Daughter Chelsea Clinton has joined the board of media mogul Barry Diller’s IAC, the internet company revealed in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Monday.

Clinton, 31, previously worked at the consulting firm McKinsey & Company and the hedge fund Avenue Capital. She is now pursuing a doctorate at Oxford University and working at New York University, the filing said.

She also works with her father’s Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative.

According to the filing, Clinton also serves on the boards of the Clinton Foundation, the School of American Ballet, Common Sense Media and the Weill Cornell Medical College.

She was appointed to IAC’s board last week.
