ConAgra Foods is not expected to announce a winner of the $3 billion-ish auction of its Ralcorp business before its Sept. 25 annual meeting, The Post has learned.

The Omaha company — whose brands include Hunt’s and Chef Boyardee — put Ralcorp on the block in June after an activist investor, Jana Partners, bought a stake in the company.

Yet, despite starting the sale months ago, ConAgra still has not delivered audited numbers for the division to suitors, sources familiar with the situation told The Post.

“This is not the way one should sell a business,” one of the sources said.

ConAgra has pushed back the final bidding deadline from this week to an undetermined date it hopes will be later in the month, sources said.

ConAgra, under a different CEO, pressured by activist Corvex Management bought Ralcorp in 2012 for $5 billion.

TreeHouse Foods and Post Foods are still bidding and, at this point, are prevented from teaming on an offer, sources said. ConAgra declined comment.
