In the latest round of publishing musical chairs, Condé Nast has raided Pilar Guzman from Martha Stewart Living to be the new editor-in-chief of Condé Nast Traveler.

Klara Glowczewska, who had been with the magazine since its launch and had spent the past eight years in the top editor’s spot, was fired Wednesday, sources said.

Last month, Condé CEO Charles Townsend tapped company troubleshooter Bill Wackermann to be publisher of the embattled magazine.

Before she became editor-in-chief of Martha Stewart Living, Guzman edited Condé’s parenthood title, Cookie, which was shut down during a company downsizing in 2009.
