Cronuts creator Dominique Ansel landed a third bakery/café location in Manhattan. He just signed a fifteen-year lease at 64 University Place, the luxury “boutique” condo designed by KPF and developed by Argo Real Estate and Bsafal, Inc.
Argo CEO Mark Moskowitz crowed, “The Ansel brand has both a brick-and-mortar following and an extensive online delivery operation, so it has universal appeal.”

Newmark’s Jason Wecker represented the landlord and Newmark’s Adam Weinblatt, the tenant.
