Ailing Wall Street headhunting firm CTPartners on Tuesday delayed its annual regulatory filing as it tries to get new financing and amend an existing credit deal with JPMorgan Chase.

CEO Brian Sullivan is expected to step down on Thursday. The Post, citing an EEOC complaint, reported exclusively on allegations that Sullivan’s company discriminated against women. The company denied the allegations.
