Tom Williams was ousted as the CEO of RDA Holding Co. only five months after a new board forced Mary Berner from the job in April, and he is walking away with “only” a $500,000 severance package.

It will be doled out over a six month period, according to a recently filed Securities and Exchange Commission document.
