EBay Inc. can’t reserve misspelled words corresponding to LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton SA’s brand names on Internet search engines to drive customers to its Web site, a Paris court said yesterday.

EBay was ordered by the court yesterday to pay 200,000 euros ($274,000) for trademark violations and damage to the image of the luxury brand.
