Elaine Wynn just won big at Wynn Resorts.
Long-serving board member John Hagenbuch decided not to stand for re-election at the casino chain’s shareholder meeting Wednesday, Wynn Resorts announced Monday.
Wynn had waged a proxy battle against Hagenbuch last month, calling out his “friendship and close connections” with her ex-husband, Steve.
Board member Robert Miller also resigned Monday, Wynn Resorts said.
“The shareholders have spoken. The resignations today of John J. Hagenbuch and Robert J. Miller represent a good step towards establishing the ‘New Wynn,’ but there remains more work to be done,” Wynn, who lost her board seat in 2015, said in a statement.
Early vote tallies showed Wynn was a favorite with shareholders, a source told The Post.
Wynn Resorts chairman D. Boone Wayson said Monday that he respected Hagenbuch’s decision not to stand for re-election.
Nearly 60 percent of Wynn Resorts’ board has left since the beginning of the year, with nearly half of the board now female, the company added.
