Independent movie company, The Film Department, adjusted the terms of its initial public offering again, upping the number of shares to be registered and lowering the price per share.
The Film Department now plans to sell at least 5.45 million shares at a price of $10 to $12 apiece, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The company in March said it planned to sell 4.6 million shares at $13 apiece.
