Goldman Sachs’ CEO Lloyd Blankfein hasn’t handed out a bonus check yet from the expected billion-dollar bonus cache but that hasn’t stopped a pension fund from suing the vaunted firm over its lucrative pay packages.

Pension fund Security Police and Fire Professionals of America Retirement Fund has filed a lawsuit accusing the gold-plated investment firm of richly rewarding its employees and breaching its fiduciary responsibility by not acting in the best interest of its shareholders.

Goldman is on track to bag a record year in wages with its bonuses hitting $22 billion, according to the suit filed in New York State Supreme Court on Monday.

Goldman isn’t expected to hand out its bonuses until early next year.
