Condé Nast tapped Christopher McLoughlin to be the new publisher of Golf for Women, replacing Lee Slattery, who resigned yesterday.

Since October 2006, McLoughlin was the associate publisher of Condé Nast Traveler and earlier worked as an ad director for Golf Digest, the flagship golf magazine.

Slattery put up some respectable numbers. In the first two months of 2007, ad pages were up 15.6 percent.

She could not be reached for comment.
