Hilton Worldwide said it finalized a pact with rival Starwood Hotels & Resorts to settle a suit involving the alleged misappropriation of trade secrets.

The lodging company — whose brands include Waldorf Astoria, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Embassy Suites and its namesake brands — said that, under terms of the settlement, it consented to an injunction that includes “certain business restrictions for a period of two years.”
