Mediterranean chic is coming to the Upper West Side.

Spuntino Bar, formerly Vai Restaurant run by Chef Vincent Chirico, has opened at 429 Amsterdam Ave. at 81st Street under the same chef and owner.

Spuntino Bar will feature 14 tables, some communal seating, a half dozen seats at the bar, and more at the front window and patio. There will be 58 seats inside.

The menu, which features seasonal small plates, will be divided into categories: crudo, land, sea, cheese, vegetable and ‘for two.’”

Crudo offerings will include hamachi on avocado and cucumber with fresno and chili. Land dishes feature rabbit with cauliflower; and sea plates include char-roasted octopus. Other ‘for two’ dishes include whole snapper with baby fingerling potatoes and oregano; pan-roasted brick chicken with broccolini; and a whole branzino with preserved lemon, brown butter and baby artichoke.

Craft cocktails feature a watermelon Thai basil martini — their take on an Old Fashioned — and shared cocktails in a crystal pineapple mixer, including a golden peach rye Manhattan and a mezcal sunrise.

A restaurateur and hospitality group known for their downtown vibes are launching a hip new eatery in Hell’s Kitchen.

Craven Restaurant, Bar & Lounge opens at 346 West 40th St. on Sept. 6.

It’s from restaurateur Jeff Lam, who made a name for himself with Chinese Tuxedo, a stylized upscale eatery in Chinatown, and Ric Addison’s Addison Hospitality Group, whose hotspots include AVA Rooftop lounge at Dream Hotel.

The 3,000-square-foot space seats 133 people. There is also a 1,300-square-foot garden that seats 80 people.

Craven is AHG’s first standalone restaurant.

Craven’s executive chef, Scott Andriani, has created a comfort food menu divided into cravables, shareables and unforgettables — from buffalo cauliflower to chicken fried tofu.

Lincoln RistoranteLincoln Ristorante

We hear…that Chef Shea Gallante is now the executive chef at Lincoln Ristorante at Lincoln Center. Shea’s new menu offerings will include: pappardelle with housemade lamb bacon, cannellini beans, Calabrian chili, and tomato sugo. There’s also Spigola alla Vernaccia, wild sea bass in Vernaccia wine with confit fennel, Meyer lemon, Taggiasca olives, roasted tomato emulsion. Gallante was formerly at Coco Opera, Felicia, Bouley and Ciano. The striking, 11,000 square foot space holds 150 people in the dining room: and seven at the bar, with three small cocktail tables available for drinks only. There’s private dining for 16, and 28 seats outside.

Le Grand FizzLe Grand Fizz

We hear…that Grey Goose vodka was the main sponsor for Surf Lodge’s Summer Concert Series, featuring Lauryn Hill and Ben Harper, where guests drank “Le Grand Fizz,” made with St-Germain elderflower liqueur, fresh lime, soda water and Grey Goose vodka over ice — and served in a wine glass.

Over Labor Day weekend, San Fermin and Muna played for guests including Nina Agdal, Leo DiCaprio’s ex, and developer Matt Moinian.
