Barry Diller’s IAC/InterActiveCorp., the operator of Match.com and Ask.com, reported a sales jump of 22 percent to $460.2 million from $378.2 million a year earlier, blowing away analysts’ forecasts. Net income rose to $35.5 million, or 37 cents a share excluding some items, from $2.5 million, or 2 cents a year earlier. Shares increased 5.8 percent to $33.74.
