Activision Blizzard, the largest video-game maker, signed an agreement with mobile-software producer Flurry to help smaller companies publish games on Apple’s iPad and other mobile devices.

The relationship gives Activision access to thousands of developers that use Flurry’s analytics software for Apple’s operating system and for Google’s Android. Terms weren’t being made public.
