A young entrepreneur is carving out a niche in the private-jet catering business.
Vintage Caterers provides catering via private chefs and restaurants to clients — for the in-flight food they desire.
It’s on demand and can be caviar, filet mignon or a simple sandwich. Owner Eli Bensoussan, 28, launched Vintage in January 2011.
Based in New Jersey, Vintage has grossed $3.5 million in 2014.
