Viacom Chief Executive Bob Bakish is expected to name Fox film veteran Jim Gianopulos chairman and CEO of Paramount Pictures, Variety reported, citing sources.

It is anticipated that Gianopulos will be joined at Paramount by longtime motion picture executive Michael De Luca, who will oversee the film division, the report said.
