The law firm McLaughlin & Stern just renewed and expanded its lease at 260 Madison to 100,000 square feet.

The 10-year deal adds two full floors of 36,000 square-feet, enabling the firm to fully occupy the 15th through 22nd floors.

David Sweet, a partner with the firm, negotiated the transaction. The Sapir Organization was represented in-house by Lorenzo DeLillo and by real estate broker Howard Grufferman of Grubb & Ellis.
