We’ve heard the angry rants of famed Madoff whistleblower Harry Markopolos too many times to count since the scheme was uncovered in late 2008. But now that the former Wall Streeter has a new book out recounting his years-long escapade tilting at windmills (a.k.a., the SEC), Markopolos is now doing the rant in bigger venues, like Comedy Central’s Daily Show with Jon Stewart. It’s funny to see Stewart’s reaction to Markopolis, whose fury at the Securities and Exchange Commission remains palpable. The comedian is accustomed to characters and yet seems a little taken aback, calling Markopolis an “angry guy.”
