Maffei chair of Sirius XM

Sirius XM Radio has named Liberty Media Corp. CEO Greg Maffei chairman following its January takeover by John Malone’s media company. Sirius also added Discovery Communications CEO David Zaslav and Malone’s son Evan to the board.
