The notorious Chelsea nightclub Marquee wants to stop the AMC cinema chain’s plan to use its name for a Las Vegas restaurant.

In a suit filed in Manhattan federal court yesterday, Marquee’s owners say they’re readying their own Vegas expansion and that the Midwest company is “interfering” with investment deadlines.
