Authentic Brands Group — the manager of reggae legend Bob Marley’s licensed products — has acquired Sinister, a martial-arts clothing and accessories brand. Terms weren’t disclosed.

In September, ABG acquired Tapout, the mixed martial-arts brand. The latest deal “completes our mixed martial-arts stable of brands that will now reach all tiers of distribution,” Authentic Brands CEO Jamie Salter said.

Authentic Brands was formed earlier this year, partnering with Leonard Green & Partners and Knight’s Bridge Capital with a plan to acquire consumer brands.
