Morgan Stanley has unloaded its mortgage-servicing arm Saxon Mortgage Services to Ocwen Financial.

Ocwen will pay $59.3 million for the unit, which Morgan Stanley bought for about $700 million in 2006.

As first reported by The Post, Ocwen had outbid the mortgage arm of hedge fund Fortress Investment Group NationStar to gain the lead in the Saxon auction.
