Yahoo! CEO Marissa Mayer has an urgent task for her staff — helping her name the newest Yahooligan.

Mayer and her husband, Zachary Bogue, announced the arrival of their as-yet-unnamed baby boy in an internal e-mail yesterday and even solicited name suggestions.

“He is now officially BBBB — Big Baby Boy Bogue!” Mayer wrote. “We are all very happy and excited. Name TBD — suggestions welcome!”

The small addition will have a big presence around Yahoo. Mayer, who is taking a few weeks of “working” maternity leave, is expected to bring her son to work.

The Google exec gave new meaning to the term multi-tasking when she accepted the top job at Yahoo! while pregnant with her first child.

Mayer is managing Yahoo’s latest overhaul after succeeding Scott Thompson, who resigned amid a flap over his résumé. Last week she outlined her vision for reviving the company in broad strokes.

Mayer also has been busy installing her own team. She named Ken Goldman, the CFO of Fortinet, to replace finance chief Tim Morse.
