After a yearlong executive search, Neiman Marcus is poised to name a new chief executive.

Karen Katz, who has held the top job since 2010 and worked for the luxury department store for the past 32 years, will step down, according to a report.

The Dallas-based company is tapping an executive from the outside and is in the final stages of the process, negotiating with one of two final candidates, a source told The Post.

But Katz, 60, will remain on the board, according to The Wall Street Journal, which reported the latest development in what industry experts say has been a protracted executive search.
